We retain enquiry records for twenty-four months after last communication, and financial records as required by Japanese tax law. Your Rights Under APPI

Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you may request access to personal data we hold, correction of inaccurate records, deletion of data, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.
